Reservations can be made through our online booking system, by telephone at (+352) 26 36 7, or by email at info@hotelalzinn.com. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or booking number.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
All published rates are per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, WiFi, and parking. Rates are subject to change without notice. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, or no-shows, will be charged the first night's rate.
Animals are not accepted in the hotel.
The hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings unless deposited in the hotel safe. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or at reception.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
